No grass. No grain.
No trees and no rivers.
No life for hundreds of years —
These are the catastrophic effects, of a nuclear war.
Earth may have seen umpteen battles,
But nuclear is the one that wipes out,
Thru economic and social collapse,
and a dark winter that blocks all sunlight.
A nuclear war means,
End of environment and end of life
Yes, it’s absolute peace
but people are amiss.
‘Bullets, they cannot be recalled,’ says Martin Amis
‘But can be taken outta the gun,’ before they take lives
A weapon born to take away life, will that bring peace?
Clear out the nuclear before it explodes and destroys.
